Got swamped with work? Need to study for an important exam? Facing some type of calamity that prevents you from attending the course you’ve already paid for?
Life happens, which is why we always try to accommodate your needs and find an individual solution for everyone.
We might offer that you attend the course starting from a different date, or we can try to come up with a different course or a workshop you might be interested in.
Our goal is to keep the course prices at an affordable level while working with the best instructors, which is why refunding the full course price is not always possible. However, if we can’t find a better solution and the only remaining option is to cancel your order, you will get a refund based on how soon your course is supposed to start.
If you cancel
- More than 30 days before the start of the course, you will get a 100 % refund;
- 29 to 14 days before the start of the course, you will get an 80 % refund;
- 13 to 7 days before the start of the course, you will get a 50 % refund;
- 6 to 3 days before the start of the course, you will get a 30 % refund;
- Less than 3 days before the start of the course, you will get a 20 % refund.
You can always offer your place in a course to a friend. Just let us know in advance.
Place in the course can be transferred to a friend, family member etc. with no fees whatsoever. In any case – we will do everything we can to find a solution, so that you can happily create amazing things!
The same rule applies to Draw Place vouchers (gift certificates) – they can be transferred to a friend or a family member at no extra cost, just like our courses.
Only a person designated in advance can use a voucher. To change the person eligible to use the voucher, you need to contact the voucher provider who will make a record of this change, if such change is possible with regard to the agreement between the provider and the gifter.
Please keep in mind that Draw Place vouchers (gift certificates) cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for money, items, goods, etc.
